Can RapidLash® Eyelash Enhancing Serum and RapidShield® Eyelash Daily Conditioner be used interchangeably?
No. The efficacy of our RapidLash® and RapidShield® formulations is tested and proven specifically on separate tests. The formulations are different and we cannot guarantee results with interchangeable use. The use of both products, RapidLash® at night and RapidShield® during the day, is recommended and the two products can help support the benefits from the other. While RapidLash® enhances the appearance of lashes, RapidShield® can help protect those results achieved with RapidLash®, by conditioning lashes and shielding them against the daily elements.

What if I forget to apply RapidLash® at night?
If you forget and skip an application in the evening. Simply apply the product the next evening. However, a consistent routine is the key to faster, better results.
How long will one container of RapidLash® last?
If applied according to directions, one container of RapidLash® should last approximately 3 months. Daily applications to upper lash line only will provide a longer yield than if also applied to lower lash line.
Is RapidLash® safe to use on the delicate skin close to the eyes?
Yes. RapidLash® has been ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested and found to be safe and non-irritating. However, as with any cosmetic product, some individuals may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients in the formulation. What should I do if I accidentally get RapidShield® in my eyes?
RapidShield® is intended for external use only and direct contact with the eye should be avoided. In the event of direct contact with the eye, rinse the eye with plenty of cool water. If irritation from direct contact occurs and persists, seek medical advice immediately.
Can I use RapidShield® on my eyebrows?
To improve the appearance of eyebrow density, fullness and thickness, we recommend you use RapidBrow® Eyebrow Enhancing Serum that is specifically designed to address thin, sparse, and brittle looking eyebrows.
Can I use RapidShield® if I wear contact lenses?
Yes. RapidShield® is ophthalmologist-tested and found to be safe and non-irritating, making it ideal for contact lens wearers as well.
Can make-up be applied on top of the RapidShield®?
Yes. RapidShield® works wonderfully when used as a primer. It helps enhance the appearance of lashes and condition the delicate lashes under mascara. Appy RapidShield® on clean lashes, let it dry, and apply mascara as usual.
How long should I leave RapidShield® to dry on my lashes before I apply mascara?
Allow RapidShield® to dry for approximately 30 seconds before applying mascara. This will ensure that the product stays on your lashes and mascara applies with great ease.
Can I use RapidShield® if my eyelashes are tinted?
Yes. RapidShield® is suitable to use even if your eyelashes are tinted and it does not affect the color. It helps boost the appearance of your lashes and enhances the no-make-up, natural look.
