Delivery and Returns

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

Enjoy free delivery on us - all orders below £100 will be sent tracked and will arrive in 2-3 working days. Orders over £100 will be sent signed for and will arrive in 1-3 working days.

Need it tomorrow? For £4.95, your RapidLash® package will be sent with next day delivery. Orders must be placed before 12:00pm Monday to Friday in order to be eligible for this service.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays, but will dispatch on the next business day. Please check your order confirmation email where you will find a tracking reference which you can use to monitor the delivery. In the event of Royal Mail strike action we will unfortunately not be able to take responsibility for delayed delivery times.

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you will love your product(s) but if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt. Product(s) must be unused in sealed packaging. The cost of returning the order will have to be covered by you, the customer.

How to make a return:

Return the product(s) and a copy of your order in a suitable package, including reason for return. If you do not have a printer please contact us here.

Ship the order back to us at the following address and please keep a receipt of postage.

Once we receive your return we will refund back to the card or PayPal account used for payment within 3 working days.

Is RapidLash® packaging recyclable?

RapidLash® cartons are recyclable curb side in the UK. Unfortunately, all other packaging components are not currently recyclable.

Are RapidLash® products suitable for vegans?

Unfortunately, at the present time, RapidLash® products are unsuitable for vegans, however, we are working on it and will be vegan-friendly in the near future.

Are RapidLash® products cruelty free?

We do not test any of our products on animals, do not commission any animal-testing and, to our knowledge, none of our distributors do either. We also do not sell our products in any countries that require animal testing.

Are RapidLash® products suitable to use when pregnant or breastfeeding?

We recommend that you discuss use of this product with your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Subscribe and Save

What is RapidLash® Subscribe + Save?

Our Subscribe + Save scheme means two things: 1) you’ll never have to worry about running out of RapidLash® products and 2) you’ll save money - 15% to be precise!

By subscribing to a RapidLash® product, you’ll receive the product on a customised basis - our subscription service allows you to choose when and how often you want to receive your RapidLash® product and your order and payment will be automatically processed.

Can I cancel RapidLash® Subscribe + Save?

You can cancel your subscription anytime and, as long as you cancel at least 5 working days before your next billing, you won’t be charged.

How does the RapidLash® affiliate scheme work?

Our affiliate scheme allows us to team up with influencers to help RapidLash® reach more people!

Once you’ve been accepted as an affiliate, you will be given a unique affiliate code which you can share with your social following. Every time someone makes a purchase using your code, you will receive 10% of the sale.
