Can RapidLash® Eyelash Enhancing Serum and RapidBrow® Eyebrow Enhancing Serum be used interchangeably?

No. The efficacy of our RapidLash® and RapidBrow® formulations is consumer approved and tested on lashes and brows respectively. The formulations are different and we cannot guarantee results with interchangeable use. We recommend the use of RapidLash® for eyelashes and RapidBrow® for eyebrows, as intended.

RapidLash® Eyelash Enhancing Serum is specifically designed to help improve the appearance of eyelashes. Utilizing our exclusive Hexatein®1 Complex, RapidLash® targets the eyelash needs from every angle: from moisturizing factors and nourishment, to boosting the appearance of more voluminous-looking lashes.

RapidBrow® Eyebrow Enhancing Serum on the other hand addresses the issues specifically concerning eyebrows. Formulated with unique Hexatein®2 Complex, RapidBrow® helps condition the brow hair and improve the appearance of eyebrow density, resulting in more youthful-looking brows.

What if I forget to apply RapidLash® at night?

If you forget and skip an application in the evening. Simply apply the product the next evening. However, a consistent routine is the key to faster, better results.

How long will one container of RapidLash® last?

If applied according to directions, one container of RapidLash® should last approximately 3 months. Daily applications to upper lash line only will provide a longer yield than if also applied to lower lash line.

Is RapidLash® safe to use on the delicate skin close to the eyes?

Yes. RapidLash® has been ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested and found to be safe and non-irritating. However, as with any cosmetic product, some individuals may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients in the formulation. If you suspect an allergic reaction, discontinue use and, if the reaction does not clear up, seek medical advice

I’ve noticed that my lashes seemed darker after using RapidLash® for just a few weeks. Is that possible?

The product is clear and transparent in its texture. Due to the improved healthy condition, the lashes may appear fuller and thicker and the lash line may appear more defined.

Yes, RapidLash® contains a cosmetic grade prostaglandin analog, Isopropyl Cloprostenate. It is used for cosmetic purposes in products marketed for cosmetic use.

How long does it take to see an improvement in the appearance of my brows?

Consumers have seen results in as little as 3 weeks, but our efficacy tests have shown it takes 8 weeks to achieve the best results in improvement of the appearance of eyebrows. (Based on consumer study checkpoints at 21, 28, 42, and 56 days.)

Will applying RapidBrow® more frequently deliver results faster?

No. RapidBrow® is designed to deliver healthier-looking, more beautiful brows with twice a day application and additional applications are neither necessary nor recommended.

Is it normal to experience some tingling on my brow line when I apply RapidBrow®?

Some consumers have reported experiencing a mild sensation upon application. It should improve within a few minutes and with continuous use you should no longer experience this mild tingling. If the tingling persists or the sensation is associated with redness and/or irritation, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

Can I use RapidBrow® on my eyelashes?

No. RapidBrow® is specifically designed to help improve the appearance of eyebrows. To improve the appearance of your eyelashes, we recommend our RapidLash® Eyelash Enhancing Serum that is specifically designed to address short, thin and brittle looking eyelashes.

Can I use RapidBrow® if I wear contact lenses?

Yes. RapidBrow® is ophthalmologist-tested and found to be safe and non-irritating, making it ideal for contact lens wearers as well.

Can brow make-up be applied on top of the RapidBrow®?

Yes. After application of RapidBrow®, wait for the product to dry completely before applying make-up to avoid a messy outcome and assure the best results.

Can I use RapidBrow® if I have my eyebrows tinted?

Yes. RapidBrow® is suitable to use even if you have your eyebrows tinted and does not affect the color.

Can I use RapidBrow® if I have my eyebrows tattooed?

Yes. RapidBrow® is a wonderful blend of nourishing ingredients that is suitable to use even if you have your eyebrows tattooed.

Would RapidBrow® help if I have over-tweezed my brows and as a result have very weak brows?

RapidBrow® is specifically designed to help improve the appearance of weak brows resulting from over tweezing, over waxing, other mechanical aggressors over time and simply from aging. RapidBrow® helps enhance the appearance of youthful volume, softness, shine and sheen by nourishing and conditioning sparse, brittle looking brows.
